Genesis retains the copy of personal data received through the contact form for up to 12 months from the date of submission, or for as long as necessary to manage your enquiry or any resulting engagement, after which it is securely deleted. Web3Forms applies its own processor-side retention limit described in section 5. We will delete processor-held submission data earlier where the service controls allow and it is no longer needed.
